The Yoga Institute needed to scale content output without scaling headcount. Swytch built the AI creative pipeline that delivered 10× more content at 60% lower unit cost.
The challenge
The Yoga Institute — India's oldest organised yoga school — needed to publish at the pace of modern social platforms without asking teachers, students and campus staff to become full-time content subjects.
Traditional shoots are slow, expensive, and heavily dependent on availability. The old formula — book a subject, book a crew, book a studio, edit for two weeks — didn't scale to the volume the feed demanded.
The brief was blunt: multiply content output, keep the brand's warmth and authority intact, and take unit cost down instead of up.
The approach
We built a hybrid creative pipeline: AI-generated visuals and video for volume, layered with human creative direction, scripting and brand judgement so the output never felt generic or off-brand.
The core insight was that "no subject required" doesn't mean "no craft." Every asset still runs through a brand filter — palette, typography, tone of voice, philosophical grounding — so the AI-driven work reads unmistakably as The Yoga Institute, not as a stock feed.
The pipeline covers static, motion, quote cards, educational carousels, short-form video, and reactive posts. Teachers can approve concepts in minutes, not weeks, and the schedule no longer waits on a shoot day.
Cost per asset dropped sharply because the expensive parts of a traditional shoot — logistics, locations, subject availability — simply aren't in the critical path anymore.
Swytch gave us the volume of a media house on the budget of a small in-house team — without diluting anything the Institute stands for.
The outcome
The pipeline is now the default way The Yoga Institute publishes. Content volume, brand consistency and cost curves have all moved in the right direction — with no additional headcount added to the content team.
If your feed is starving because shoots are slow and expensive, an AI-powered creative pipeline can change the maths.
