Swytch Studio partnered with Fashback from inception, transforming an idea into a scalable fashion rental and resale brand through strategy, branding, technology, and market positioning.
The challenge
Fashback set out to reimagine fashion consumption by making premium designer apparel and accessories more accessible through renting, resale, and reuse. The founders required more than a visual identity — they needed a compelling business proposition, a scalable digital ecosystem, and a brand capable of leading the growing circular economy movement.
The category itself was still forming in India. That meant getting the positioning, unit economics and technology stack right the first time — not iterating in public after launch.
The approach
Swytch Studio partnered with the founders from day one, helping shape the business model, define the brand strategy, and position Fashback within the emerging reuse and recycle economy.
We developed the brand identity, customer proposition, digital infrastructure roadmap, technology strategy, and go-to-market framework — creating the foundation for a modern circular fashion platform rather than a marketing site with a rental page bolted on.
Product positioning, pricing structure and the tech stack were sequenced so the brand could scale into rental, resale and reuse without re-platforming later.
Swytch didn't just brand Fashback — they helped design the business. Positioning, tech, brand and go-to-market moved together, which is rare at 0-to-1.
The outcome
Fashback evolved from an early-stage concept into a clearly positioned circular fashion venture with a differentiated value proposition and a scalable digital foundation. By combining business strategy, branding, and technology, Swytch Studio helped establish the brand's vision for the future of sustainable fashion commerce.
If you need brand, business model and platform to move as one — not three sequential briefs — we've done this exact 0-to-1 sprint before.
